A Group can be divided into any number of divisions whose activities will be separate. For example, a Group can have a Texas chapter, Arizona Chapter, Michigan chapter etc. Group Admins input new members and assign membership numbers. Members set up their own login credentials. Groups can be split into any number of divisions or sections. Group Admins input new activities/occurrences and the system posts activity details to member ledger accounts in the specific division. Remittances from members are input to the system by Group Admins. This is done by keying in individual remittances or/and upload into the system via pre-formatted Excel and csv spreadsheets. Group Admins input any disbursements made from the group's funds. For any posting made to a Member Ledger, an email notification is instantly sent to the Member's email with details of the posting.
Access is limited to Members and 4 Admin login accounts. Members view and print their own statements. To access sample benevolence data send a request email to winguni@winguni.com.
